Each live meditation session starts with a brief introduction of the topic for the session, followed by specific breathing practices, cognitive awareness techniques, Ayurvedic self-help, and other Yogic tools.
The longer you participate, the more you will build a repertoire of tools that will help you to find the space and mental peace in your day-to-day living, so you can live a healthier and more balanced life.
The format of the club allows deep learning from others, recognizing that perhaps you are not alone with your struggles to calm the mind and experience self-awareness.

If you would like to deepen your meditation practice ideally set 20 to 30 minutes aside, morning and evening for your practice. The weekly live meditations are usually 60 minutes long, but this includes an introductory talk and explanation of the tools that will be used in the session. The group meditation section is usually around 30 minutes.
Nothing is needed, except an open mind and a desire to transform into the best version of yourself. No prior knowledge or experience in meditation or spiritual wellbeing is required to join the club.
You will have access to the recordings of the weekly live meditations for as long as you remain a member of Expansion Warriors
Yes, if you don’t love the meditation club, you can cancel your subscription anytime. Refunds are only available for monthly subscriptions and are limited to the month in which you cancel your subscription.
