Awakening Alchemy Private Members Association Agreement 

i, a man: or woman: agree to the terms and conditions of aapma; [which is recognized as a Private Members Association]

The aapma is hosted by i: a man: thomas mueller and i: a man: daniel-shaer shepherd; to provide this knowledge and to receive knowledge from others of man: and woman: the opt in member is free and the knowledge shared there is free; full aapma members get provided exclusive access to a wide range of knowledge, time and intellectual property;

All knowledge shared, or any activity that is participated in within the aapma occurs within the private domain only and is not for use or sharing in the public domain; by joining any level of the aapma you confirm your acceptance to this agreement and to the Charter and Bylaws of the aapma;

i, a man: or woman: do enter into this agreement of my own free will, without any pressure or coercion; i, a man: or woman: do choose freely to establish this agreement between i, a man: or woman: and the man: thomas of the family mueller, and the man: daniel-shaer of the family shepherd;

I, a man: or woman: believe that the Holy Scriptures and the creators natural law grants us inalienable rights of life, freedom, free speech, free thought and the right to gather for the lawful purpose of helping mankind; i, a man: or woman: agree to be responsible for my own actions and for all consequences of how i, apply any of the knowledge that is shared and that i, gain here;

i, a man: or woman: attest that my actions and my activities within the aapma are a private contractual matter (including electronic communications) and that they are carried out by i, in my own right and private capacity as man: or woman: and not as an agent or representative for any governmental or non-governmental agency or organisation be it local, national or international, whose purpose and intention is to enforce a legal code, act, or statute upon a man: or woman: where in fact no man: or woman: has been harmed, or suffered a loss, or to carry out an attempt of entrapment or investigation;

i, a man: or woman: do comprehend that this will be considered a trespass by way of barratry and that i, will become immediately liable to pay compensation under this agreement in the amount of £100,000.00 plus £100.00 per minute that the trespass continues;

i, a man: or woman: agree not to pursue any course of lawful action against a fellow member of aapma unless that member has exposed i, to a clear and present danger of substantive evil;

i, a man: or woman: comprehend that any claims of wrong, harm, or trespass under this agreement shall be governed by law and may be pressed in a court of law by and between those of man: and or woman: only;

i, a man: or woman: agree that this agreement began on the date of my joining the aapma. i. also agree not to share, or sell any of the intellectual property shared or offered within the aapma without first obtaining the explicit unambiguous written consent of the man: or woman: who created it;

It is comprehended by i, a man: or woman: that i, can withdraw from this agreement and give up the access to knowledge share at any time, i, also agree that my ability to be a member will be revoked if I engage in abusive, aggressive, violent, menacing, destructive or harassing behaviour to any other man: or woman: within the aapma;

i, a man: or woman: declare that by agreeing to be part of the Awakening Alchemy Private Members Association, their websites and or any social media group(s), that i, have read the whole of this agreement, comprehend and agree with it, that i, digitally autograph this agreement in exchange for access to the benefits and privileges offered by or through the aapma and i, agree to all laws of the Awakening Alchemy Private Members Association.
